Tomie Nagano: Japanese Heritage Quilts
January 13th - Febuary 17th, 2011

Tomie Nagano traveled extensively throughout Japan searching for antique kimonos and fabric, transforming these exquisite materials into intricately hand–sewn quilts.

Nagano recently had a touring exhibition of quilts entitled "Two Hearts in Harmony" in Australia and her work is in the collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
